As Observed at Calgary, Alberta / Canada (51 Degrees North, altitude 3800 ft.) Note a couple of sunspot groups and excellent delineation of convection cells in the photosphere. Some people expect to see prominences and flares at the limb but for that you need to use a hydrogen-alpha filter.
